Audio Systems
Audio systems for boardroom and training rooms differ dramatically from distributed audio systems in a home. In most home audio systems are set up in stereo and in most businesses they are set up as a single channel. With a stereo system you may here the voices come out of the left channel and a guitar come out of the right channel, or high frequency in the left and lower frequencys in the right. This would not be ideal for a training room or a boardroom. With the size of the rooms and the layout of the seating, it could make it difficult for people to here the entire presentation. There are also many other factors that go into setting up a commercial system, which is why we strategically plan the room’s layout for optimal performance. Projectors & Screens
A projection screen is an installation consisting of a surface and a support structure used for displaying a projected image for the view of an audience. Projection screens may be permanently installed, as in a movie theater; painted on the wall;[1] or portable with tripod or floor rising models as in a conference room or other non-dedicated viewing space. Another popular type of portable screens are inflatable screens for outdoor movie screening (open air cinema).[citation needed]
Uniformly white or grey screens are used almost exclusively as to avoid any discoloration to the image, while the most desired brightness of the screen depends on a number of variables, such as the ambient light level and the luminous power of the image source. Flat or curved screens may be used depending on the optics used to project the image and the desired geometrical accuracy of the image production, flat screens being the more common of the two.
Smartboards
“What is a SMART Board?” you ask. Well imagine this. Your writing on your white board with your dry erase marker, when suddenly you realize that you need to go back and check you notes on your computer. STOP! You don’t need to do that any longer. The Smart Board is a different kind of dry erase white board. The touch-sensitive display connects to your computer and digital projector to show your computer image. You can then control computer applications directly from the display, write notes in digital ink and save your work to share later. Best of all, the full-featured SMART Board interactive whiteboard is incredibly easy to use. If you can use a computer, you can use a SMART Board interactive whiteboard.
Newly introduced to the market is another form of smart board that can attach to your existing dry erase board. This enables you to use a larger size white board and get the same results.
